The existing Ford site was redeveloped completely by demolishing the existing Showroom, Rapid Fit and Offices etc and building a new modern dealership under one roof; consisting of Showroom, Offices, Parts, Workshop and separate Used Car Building with all external works revamped in phases.

The Durham site was redeveloped as part of a major new Retail Park with B&Q and KFC outlets built adjacent. The existing Toyota dealership was demolished and BDT were responsible for the Design and Architectural work to extend, alter and refurbish an existing building shell on the site to create a new Toyota Dealership with Showroom, Offices, Parts, Workshop, Bodyshop and External Display.
