Kirkstall Design Centre in Leeds is a Grade II Listed Building containing a number of different businesses.

Over a number of years BDT have gained numerous planning approvals for various alterations, internally and externally, which all required Listed Building consent. Building Control approval and Detail drawings were also provided as part of the architectural service.

All designs were carefully undetaken to improve and enhance this highly visible and important building and adapt it to suit the needs of the various clients.

The Office Extension and Alterations to the Photographic Studios etc were carefully designed and planned to meet with the exacting standards of Leeds City Council as well as the needs of the building itself.
